On a recent trip to the Hudson Fireman's Home and Museum, Ex-Chief Pelligrino and Ex-Chief Jacoby show us how fires were put out in the old days.

 

2005 Memorial Day Parade

 

On February 6, 2005 Firefighters from Hose Company One and Truck Company One took part in the 2005 Long Beach Polar Bears Club's Super Bowl Splash. All procedes went to the Make a Wish Foundation.

 

In fall of 2004, members of Hose 1 along with former member Bob Preudhomme took a trip up to Schoharie, NY to visit Ex-Captain Plil Metzger and his wife Pam.

 

On September 11th, 2004, members of Oceanside Hose Co. 1 took Engine 246 to Ground Zero for the memorial service in honor of all those who gave their lives including former member Kenneth J. Marino.

 

In winter of 2003-2004 Oceanside Hose Co. 1 went to Silver Lake to practice ice and cold water rescue.
